Universal’s “Fast & Furious” tribute to Paul Walker (x)
#ok but u kno this is an accurate portrayal of their sex life and how they like it#like Stiles likes it hard and dirty #just gettin’ in the door still with his jacket on#Derek surprising him and goin’ down on him real quick and filthy#pants around his ankles not even a hello honey how was your day#which he probably says every time#and Derek huffs against his thigh maybe bites at a little #and it works every time#the first time he maybe hit his head a bit hard in the middle of sayin ‘oh fuck Derek— ah fuck’#and Derek probably made a remark about him losing brain cells#and Stiles probably said something ~witty like lol maybe you should make me lose some more#mmm cos you know he’d be super bad at dirty talk #till he gets a bit practised#till he learns what gets Derek going yeah then#THEN you got Derek and you KNOW he likes it slow#he likes it when Stiles takes his time#takes him apart piece by piece until he’s breathless with want#like Stiles’d dig a little bit of teeth that little bit of an edge of pain#but he wouldn’t want Derek to feel ANY pain#cos he’s a sucker and you know he wants Derek to have NICE things#NICE sweaters for Christmas and NICE pillow talk and NICE head#where he just totally worships the fuck out of Derek#and Derek falls apart under his hands #BUT ALSO FEELS TREASURED#MHM cos lbr they’d probably do filthy things but you can bet your ass they’d be nice about it#they’d be the losers thathold hands under the table whilst they’re throwing chips at each other#or insult each other inbetween kisses#best of both worlds all in one pretty gifset (✿◠‿◠) (via stilinskisparkles)
They’ve changed so much since season 1
My babies :’)
So yesterday I did an analysis of the season 3b promo picture. Today I’m going to compare it to season’s 1 and 2.
Yesterday I talked about how in body language having both your hands in your pockets is supposed to mean that you’re not satisfied with your self image. Notice that he has both his hands in his pockets in the season 1 promo picture, which makes sense seeing as though his self image changed from normal teenager to teen werewolf in season one.
In season two’s promo pic his hands are not in his pockets, which makes sense seeing as though season 2 was definitely the season where he was most comfortable with his self image. Instead of being in his pockets they’re by his sides, one fist clenched and the other almost clenched. It’s a power/aggressive position. Lets remember that in s2 Scott was already becoming the True Alpha that he wasn’t yet in s1 and has transitioned completely into by s3, his pose reflects that.
Let’s also look at Scott’s shoulders in each of them for a moment. In s1 they’re hunched forward. He’s not confident, he’s not powerful. Everything about the pose screams insecurity. S2 His shoulders are back, he’s leaning forwards slightly, he’s in a fighting position. It’s much more powerful than s1. Then we come to s3. His shoulders are back but his back is straight. He’s more confident, he’s not looking for a fight like in s2. This is a True Alpha.
Now we come to Allison. Notice how in every season she’s moving further away from Scott? Now I don’t think that’s a nod towards their breaking up, I actually think it’s more about coming into herself and being more than just ‘Scott’s love interest’. S1 her positioning is classic love interest pose. She’s turned towards Scott, almost touching him. Notice Kira’s position in s3 is kind of echoing that position.
In s1 she’s rocking the whole sexy vibe. She’s the love interest, that’s to be expected. By s2 she’s moved further away while still being at his side. She’s in a much stronger position and she even has a weapon. Now compare that to s3’s pose. She’s even further away from Scott, there’s someone in between them. But she’s lost that strength from s2. There’s no fighting pose, there’s definitely no weapon. Instead she looks almost dejected, lost. Even her dress makes her look like a lost little girl, even while the army style jacket is projecting this idea of strength. I predict hard times for Miss Argent.
Let’s take a look at Stiles. S1 he just looks like an ordinary guy, he’s even got his school bag slung over his shoulder, how much more ordinary could you get? He’s close to Scott, even though Allison is between them, but he’s still at Scott’s side. By s2 he’s pushed back a little, reaching out for Scott who’s moved ahead of him. He looks like he’s trying to pull Scott back to him. By s3 he’s definitely removed from Scott. He’s in the background in regards to Scott and it’s shown literally here. He’s closer to Lydia than he is to Scott.
Now let’s take a look at his facial expressions from season to season. S1, almost a cocky little smile, looking normal. S2 he’s looking kind of panicked, worried. Now look at s3. His face is pinched. He’s stressed, he’s worried, he’s nervous, he’s sad. We all know he’s in for a hard time this season and his face shows it all.
Then we have Derek. In s1 he’s shrouded in darkness. He looks mean and scary. We were supposed to think he was the big bad, the Alpha who bit Scott, and it shows here. By s2 he’s stepped into the light but he’s still in the back. He still looks mean and he looks like he’s itching for a fight. Then comes s3. Yet again he’s in the background but now he’s much closer to the others in comparison to s2. His mysterious pose from s1 is gone and interestingly his fighting pose from s2 is gone too. Instead he’s just standing there. He looks lost, unsure, which makes sense given his loss of status, but he still looks part of the pack. There’s something in the way he’s carrying himself that looks like he’s not alone. To me Derek may have left Beacon Hills but I think he’ll always have a place in Scott’s pack.
And finally we have Lydia. In s1 she’s playing up the sex appeal. She’s pouty, she’s confident, she’s sexy, she’s everything Lydia portrayed herself as when she was miss popular. By s2 she’s pushed way in the back. She’s physically the furthest back out of all of them, showing how out of the loop she was back then. In s2 she looks lost, scared, confused about what’s going on, exactly what she was going through in s2. By s3 she’s standing tall on her own. In the previous 2 seasons she’s turned towards men but this one she’s turned away from them, showing her own power. Her shoulders are back, her posture is straight, one foot is slightly ahead of the other as though she’s putting her best foot forward. Gone is the confusion, gone is the fear, gone is the sexy image she’s projecting to stay popular, instead we just have Lydia, strong and smart and capable.
I may be wrong in everything I said but it seems interesting to me. Sorry this got so long.
